Touch typing is a popular way of typing because it’s faster than hunt-and-peck. Whether you just need to touch type quickly or want to learn it for fun, this site can show you how. There are many reasons to learn touch typing. Typing on a computer can provide you with an enormous advantage over your friends and co-workers who remain stuck using the hunt-and-peck method! These keys are usually marked with a raised dot or dash to help you find the keys without looking. Your left index finger rests on the 'F' key, and your right index finger rests on the 'J' key. The home row is the middle row of letters on your keyboard.
